Should Leben or Sonnen coach TUF opposite Wandi

There has been a lot of talk about who will coach the next TUF. Wandy seems to be a shoe in, and the opposing coach has recently been rumored to be Chael Sonnen.

Personally I'd much rather see a fight between Wandy and Leben at the end of the season instead of Wandy and Sonnen. Sonnen would most likely just lnp on Wandy if they fought simply to get the win and get back to another title shot. I'm not trying to bash Sonnen, I just think it's a horrible match up that I really don't want to see, whereas Wandy and Leben would almost certainly be fight of the night.

What does everyone else think? Maybe if the internet stirs up enough shit and I'm not in the minority then Dana will have second thoughts about this upcoming season of TUF, kind of like the Brock/Mir Trilogy that was briefly scheduled and then postponed until it meant more.

First off its a joke that you would call what Chael Sonnen does Lay & Pray. The man throw a billion strikes against Anderson Silva. Secondly why do strikers get the defense of its a bad matchup. Its not like Jon Fitch, Sonnen, or Gray Maynard fans can go whoa whoa whoa thats a bad matchup because that guy is a better striker I don't wanna see it. If someone is a bad matchup for you you better fix that hole in your game or eventually it'll get exposed. Another words pro fighters should learn to F'n SPRAWL all of them not just the wrestlers. If a wrestler has a boring fight & wins guess what he won he did his job. Its the other guys fault for not training properly for a career in which he will probably need to know some fairly high level wrestling defense.

BTW no disrespect at all man i'm just passionate about the issue

I think Chale vs Wandy would be hilarious.

Firstly the show itself would be mental. Chael's trash talking vs Wandy's pure mentalness.

The end of series fight would also be the classic battle of striker vs grappler.

Wandy vs Leben? Dunno to me that just sounds a bit too much like a brawl.

Personally, I'd rather see Torres/Faber get the job. I think it would be a great way to introduce the BW division to the UFC.

I just read that Lesnar/Mir may be the coaches for the next tuf.

why do coaches have to fight in the end? i like just two great fighters as coaches i.e. hughes and franklin in season 2.

Not sure how much Lesner has to offer in terms of coaching all the various MMA techniques- - the guy is really something of a novice himself.

They are both fairly adept at the trash-talking side of things, so I suppose Dana might see that as a plus.

I for one don't want to see them fight again, but whatever...

i agree. not much interested in the other options at this point, and it would be a great way to show the talent from wec/etc.

The title of your thread is deceiving. It's as though you are posting that it would be Leben coaching against Sonnen.
