they probably just sparred i dont put too much into thi but i thought about it a little and wandy/sonnen wouldnt be as much as a one sided ass pounding as i originally thought just that wand's past his prime and a little worn down so id still go with sonnen.

I think that everybody is underestimating Wand and he would be much tougher than many people think against Chael, but this argument of "We trained and I killed him" means absolutely nothing. Probably they trained about 5 years ago when Wand was a beast and when no one knew Who was Chael Sonnen. Also a training and a fight are 2 very different things.

But being said that I think Wand can beat him in a fight.
