Sure, I lack credibility, I'm just a mope on the internet.
But at least I'm right, and you're full of shit.
In the post, I specifically point out that I'm talking about MMA. I understand he's a K1 champion--although you fail to point out that he lost to Hari once, and didn't have to face him this time.
In trying to build a case for him to be credible in MMA, you mention that he fought CroCop when "he was considered decent" and that he finishes everyone he fights in spectacular fashion. Sorry, but CC was no longer considered decent, he'd lost two in a row and needed knee surgery, and AO didn't finish him spectacularly. He didn't even hurt him, except the repeated knees to the balls that should have gotten him DQd.
AO is 6'5 of pure power. Pure power that refuses to take piss tests. Pure power that has never even faced a solidly ranked top 10 HW opponent in his MMA entire career, never mind beaten one. Pure power that ducked Fedor when Emelianenko first signed to SF, to go and fight
dented cans in Japan. I'm not talking about Hari, I'm talking about Sylvester and Thompson.
And as I said...he
could be credible. That's future tense,
if he makes the right choices. Try to develop the ability to see through hype and focus on reality: He fought a not-even-top-20 fighter to get a sham belt for SF, he's fighting a not-even-top-30 fighter to try to get a sham belt for DREAM. Meanwhile, there are two or three fighters ranked above him in SF that he wants nothing to do with.
AO is an elite K1 fighter. In MMA, he's an entirely unproven quantity, and he's doing absolutely
nothing to rectify that situation.
Get over it yourself.
