Yeah but Varner wasn't won a fight in his last 4 and was choked out in the first his last fight. Don't see how going what was it 0-3-1 in your last 4 and you get cut is surprising?

The Varner cut, to me, is less surprising than the Horodecki cut. Chris brings it and should really consider 145 as a way to re-ignite his career. He just looks too small at 155.

Varner is better than Leben or Grove, each of whom have had dreadful runs and were kept on.
