No Hieron anytime soon, Riggs or Karo rematches don't matter anymore and Daley's a walkthrough.

This makes me sad because he's soooo close to becoming part of the p4p discussion given his amazing skillset, but he's just not fighting anywhere near the quality of challengers he needs to be at this juncture in his career. I honestly don't believe this is him ducking people of quality or anything, but more less that he's so baked all the time that he's taking whatever is easiest and least complicated for his way of life.

Kinda feel like they're gonna let Diaz crush cans and whatnot for a couple of years and then make it a really huge deal the next time he becomes a free agent, given that he'll probably have gone undefeated in that timeframe and then herald him as the next big challenger for GSP, akin to what Shields is right now.

Diaz should be fighting top flight challengers and he's simply not. Shame.

i dont even want to see him vs gsp, that shit would suck! Another take you down and hold you there fight, he aint going to fight anderson obviously if he couldnt make a heavier weight for mayhem, then he has a bunch of wrstelers in the ufc to deal with. It does suck because diaz is one of the top guys on the world. Hes skills are amazing. I dont know why everyone is pissed about the cyborg fight because thats going to be awesome! plus daley will be exciting. I wanted him in the ufc also but just for future challenges that might arise because everyone knows the ufc trys to get alot of talent hanging around. But they also like to keep there talent from fighting top competion too soon and fucking refuse to put on fights people want for some reason.

Yeah, but if Cain would ever jump ships, then he would have to "Prove" himself to get in line for a title shot which doesn't take place until 2015 when Overeem comes back from his K-1, DREAM, etc. fights outside of Strikeforce. Fedor and Overeem are the only REAL challenges for Cain in Strikeforce.

I can see the Cain/JDS being a 2 fight series. Carwin, Mir, Nelson, and Nelson need to have a title contender eliminator before they should be able to challenge for the belt again. In the mean time, feed Big Nog a couple of easy fights and give him a title shot. What the fuck happened to Big Nog anyway? Is he "losing interest" in MMA as well?

I don't think he ever wanted to be in the UFC. I think he was just using the UFC to better his contract with Strikeforce. I actually think he might be afraid of being taken down a notch by the UFC Welterweights. The reason I used the word afraid is that he also seems to be a bit scared of Mayhem Miller, which would make me think he's in good enough with Scott Coker that he can hand pick his opponents. So he throws names like GSP around, and whines about weight issues, then gets a better contract outta Coker.

Well he's not going to enjoy fighting Paul Daley at all... Not one bit...

Diaz says he wants to fight at 185, fight GSP, & fight Silva. Why bother saying it if hes never going to, maybe he'll join UFC when GSP moves up. Hes becoming a can crusher.
