what is everyones vote for best KO of 2006?
most people will say CroCop over Wand or GSP over Hughes by my personal pick is Spider Silva's KO of Tony Fryklund from Cage Rage if you havent seen it I highly recommend!
on a side note that is also my pick for best elbow in the history of elbows

Yeah that elbow was brutal, kinda movie style back elbow, b00m, Fryklund tries to get up but just cant even control his limbs.

That up-elbow was something else. But I gotta go with Scott Smith over Pete Sell, just because of the sequence of events.

haha...damn what a nice elbow. that was a great KO. i liked crocop over silva personally; even though everyone knew it was gonna happen.

any of the silva ko's would do.....i watched the replay of the leben ko over and over and over again.....thats cuz i cant stand leben though.....definatly the elbow, that was harsh

As much as I dislike sylvia....it was his KO of arlovski in their second fight....one of the most amazing things i've ever seen.
