Thank you Bonger. Barry is by far greater then Emmitt switch the teams and Barry would have the records and it wouldn't even be close. As for LT has to do it on the big stage check the box score Payton 22 carries for 60 something yards and a fumble. Sure they won but they had the best defense in the league and for the matter Dallas D was always top notch when they were winning Super Bowl.

If Tim Sylvia wins, we'll know he sat online and voted for himself a few thousand times.

people must be doign that? The pole was deadlocked with LT at 32%+ and Sylvia at 32%+ and that was only 1-2 hours ago and it is late on a Friday so something reeks of BS.

In regards to LT, I have decided to present some evidence to support that LT is in the same company as the greatest RBs of all time, when you look at the first 6 seasons of each of their careers. I omitted Jim Brown, because he is to football what Gretzky is to hockey: untouchable. Also omitted is Gale Sayers, because he played his entire career in a 14 game schedule.

As far as Crosby goes, he deserves to be on a pedestal. He will get his cup in due time, but there have only been a handful of players with his total package of skill, hands, vision and ability to read the game. I watched him rape the QMJHL when my younger brother played in the league and it is frightening to see how much better he gets each and every season.

But of the listed players, I agree Sanders is the best.
I was only trying to make the point that LT deserves to be in the same conversation as the others and that he is more deserving of the ESPN "award" than the hotdog eater - ha ha

Also, with the hotdog eater, he is basically a man amoung boys (as ironic as that is seeing as he is the youngest one) because he is the only one who is in great physical shape so he must be the only one training as relentless as he does both eating and excersising, distinct advantage IMO given that they all posess the same gift of being able to eat 50+ hotdogs.
