Randy Couture vs. Lyoto Machida Slated for UFC 129 -- MMA Fighting

Randy Couture isn't retiring after all.

Couture and Lyoto Machida have verbally agreed to meet at UFC 129 on April 30 in Toronto, MMA Fighting has learned from sources close to the fight. Couture also confirmed the fight when asked by MMA Fighting at UFC 125 on Saturday night.

The event will be the UFC's first in Toronto and will be held at the Rogers Centre, home of the Toronto Blue Jays.

Big Randy Couture fan, but he won't win I fear, I preferred the 'going out into the sunset on a Toney win, representing the sport he gave so much to' scenario than this fight. Oh well.....one more time....

I guess with Machida as an ex-champ it would take more than losing to Shogun, Rampage and Couture to get cut. That's three tough as hell dudes right there!
