I dont know hwere you get that man no way did bj penn oustrike gsp, yea obviously he LOOKED worst but when have you ever seen bj rocked, split or even cut, never. if you watch the fight closely and watch every punch gsp clearly wins the fight on his feet. bj just got one of them faces that just doesnt mark! | BJ gave GSP a schoolin. the only reason GSP won was because of the takedowns ,even though he didnt do anything with them I feel it was a shitty decision.

I'm not going to go into a big analysis of the fight right now because I'm heading to go to sleep, but you have to keep in mind GSP was poked in the eye during that fight. It gets a little hard to see when the strikes are coming when that happens.
Not that it matters for judge decision, but for the sheer fact of how he got to do all the damage he did.

gsp, shogun, lil nog, kang, ect but fedor is a step above them all, he stood with cro cop and subed ogowa and is the most complete.
if ur just talking about most complete or well rounde dont just name off good or successful fighters like rampage or liddell. sure liddell is top lhw and one of the best fighters but he is not good with subs at all, great striker who uses his excellent takedown defence to keep it standing.
althought sometimes fighters try to become too well rounded and dont excell at a certain aspect and just become good at everything and not great at anything and cant finish a good fighter in any position. but fedor is top level at about everything except for wrestling.
i wonder if fedor fought an excellent wrestler with almost perfect sub defence kinda like liddells takedown defence.

ya i forgot barnett, struck with rizzo for a while and is one of the best subs in mma. also i forgot about bj, he is the most skilled fighter in ww
he beat hughes the fist time and was beating him badley in the standup had great takedown defence and got very good sub attemps and got a sub on but hughes got saved by the bell and bj broke his rib and it was obvious about how he acted in the 3rd losing to hughes HORRIBLE arm punchiing and literally sat down when hughes tried to take him down and didnt stop the bear trap at all. bs bs he is better then hughes
the gsp fight was a little closer, gsp getting a fair share in the stanup but was definetly beatin skill wise and was saved by takedowns on a gassed bj who could have easily avoied them if good conditiong.
if bj had great conditioning he would be champ now.
gsp is very well rounded, great striker and great on the ground only bj is better at both, only gsp has way better conditioning
hughes is great on the ground but bj is far better, and i dont even have to say who has better stanup, hughes can take him down but when he was fresh he was pulling all sorts of subs and crazy flexible defence.
there is NO competition for penn at lw at all, he would beat gomi again only this time way faster.
