He fights tough guys and a some of those fights were pretty close. Hopefully he goes and tears up Strikeforce, or maybe showcase his muay thai in K1. | I think it's more about his performance than his losses. I hate to see him go really though, there's a handful of fights I would still love to see. Forrest, Franklin, Machida, Shogun, Rampage and so on.
On another note, hopefully Thiago's next fight will be Rampage!
I also think Vera will go to SF.

This isn't surprising. I don't really think it's a particularly big shame either. Looks like Strikeforce have a few (semi)big names coming their way (Baroni, Vera, Parisyan, Yvel, potentially Tim Sylvia and anyone else the UFC decides to cut)

I'm all for the cut. Tough losses or not, the UFC LHD is such a sharktank, it's really all about the W's. He's tough though, he'll be back.

honestly, he's gonna go other places and poop his fight shorts at how little money they will be willing to offer him. Vera was supposed to be the UFC's golden boy to take them into the Phillipines, but now they are going to have to play Mark Munoz can get more popular. The old Vera was ruthless, the new Vera was a flipped over turtle in the sun. Makes me sad.

Vera gets killed at HW in ethier the UFC Bellator or SF.
He better stay at LHW and realize that sometimes the hype is not enough, you have to win fights,

I think we all knew this was coming. Best of luck to Brandon Vera in his future endeavours.
Strikeforce is getting all of the UFC's sloppy seconds and could build a decent roster if they keep this up.
