I love lil Nog as much as the next guy, but he hasnt looked like "Lil Nog" in his last two fights.
He splashes onto the scene Ko'in a top 20 guy who was never finished before. Then he "losses" his next two fights to borderline top 10 guys. (That Brilz decision is probabley in the top 5, deffinetly top 10 worst UFC decisions)
This is not the Lil Nog that we use to know and love years ago in Pride people. This is the Lil Nog thats currently in the UFC, and hes not looking that good imo.
Not even I would have guessed (back in 2006) that Lil Nog would be in the UFC and struggling. Now with that said, its not like his career is over or anything, he could make a comeback and have a nice run at the title, only time will tell.
Phil Davis has a real good chance to walk away with a "W" here, and that would not be good for Lil Nog.
Come fight time I'll be rooting for Nog. Not only because im a fan, but because I feel Davis could afford a lost to a Pride legend and not be hurt that much. But the same cant be said if Lil Nog drops two back-to-back, and his fight before that was super questionable.
