No short memory here my man. I am pretty sure i just posted that Mendes gassed with Omigawa and Kenny could out-cardio him to a RNC at the beginning of this thread. I know I don't have many posts but give me a little credit maybe?

Im in the minority. Mendes would not kill Kenny and IMO might squeak a decision like he normally has been getting.

This translates too:

IMO he would squeak by with a decision victory over Kenny at best. He has been on a roll with decisions lately.

And yes I have watched him in the WEC. I like Chad, but he is not steam rolling over Kenny.

Thanks for the clarification, I took that as: You saying he's been getting lucky decision wins and not clearly winning the fights. He may be a wrestler but he has pretty decent striking here lately. I'm sure he's been working on it alot.

Let me make it even clearER. If Kenny were fighting a fucking 185 lb ape that cuts down like Maynard to 155lbs again, then yes he would get mauled. Simply becasue P4P Mendes is a much better fighter than both of them. He (florian) is clearly entering a match with a guy who he has three advantages over. One Size, two experience, and three much better boxing.

His angles will come in much crisper and quicker with the height and weight advantage. He may be fighting another wrestler, but Mendes in not Maynard when it comes to overall brutal strength. Chad has technique and a low center of gravity. Again however, with Florian employing a 9" reach advantage and lower stance, than usual (ala Gomi fight), he will be able to negate MANY takedown attempts.

Not saying Chad wont and cant win, just saying this is not 155lbs and Chad is not steam rolling thru Kenny
