I suspect that many of the posters on this board are under 25 and haven't worked for anything in their lives sadly.

Did I say I made it? No.

Do I admit to certain level of piracy via the internet? Certainly. I'm a data freedom fighter. I'm saving ones and zeros and unburdening them from their corporate shackles. In fact by doing this I'm helping promote advancement because now companies have to continually improve and put out better products instead of resting on their laurels.

Just because you're "following the rules" doesn't mean you aren't costing those websites money. More money than the UFC stands to lose from the Gracie's actually explaining stuff and using some Zuffa footage. The only difference between them and you is that they know what they're talking about and are doing a good job educating fans whereas you are mastering the art of CTRL-C followed by a CTRL-V.

It's not that I'm normally better than this but rather that you're normally smart enough to comprehend. I guess all things come to an end I suppose.

Twice today I've been told that I'm too stupid to comprehend something. Must be true. I have been burning the midnight oil studying for this 'Health and Mental Health Care Policy' Exam...maybe it's zapping all of my brain power.

The Gracie Breakdown literally uses a few seconds clip to show the movement of fighters to educate. In some videos they don't use any clips at all. Also its a SUPERB channel. Rener Gracie is the man, amazing teacher and actually quite funny. I'd like to hear him call a fight. He seems on the ball when teaching.

I love the Gracie Channel. I've pushed it on here plenty of times.

BUT!

You can't steal copyrighted shit. I always wondered how they got round the whole UFC clips thing but I assumed they had a gentleman's agreement as the clips were so brief and the Gracie's so well respected.

It's not a hard concept to understand. You can't make money / PR etc etc etc off of material other people produce without cutting them in on it and getting their permission.

I will for one miss them if they dont return though.
