he and forrest are the only two that haven't improved in other areas form the TUF 1. Kos has improved in all areas granted he wasn't all that skilled to begin with, diego as much as i hate to say it is getting better each and every fight, swick is looks good. For some reason forrest and leban are still just strikers, and i haven't seen either of them even try a take down

I dunno about the Jeff Joslin excuse of him bein great in JJ, he didnt pass his guard.. and honestly I didnt think he did enough to pass his guard, and hes proven in OTHER fights that hes a lay n pray fighter, he has good submissions ill give him that.. he has finished fights but it was against D level fighters, C level fighters and up.. he is all LnP and boring.

I have to agree , leben is not athletic enough to compete at the top..Very average at best. He has had his 15 minutes of fame..

leben has poor stamina, that was part of his downfall in the fight, but he dont have the tools to compete at ww

leben looked good, he just spent too much time on the ground IMO.
he had some good shots on Mac standing, but couldnt close the deal. there's a good chin on Mac.
much props to Mac, i myself know i underestimated him
