Newbie here
Sup fellas. Newbie to MMA in Florida here. I boxed in the military for a while, but that's as far as my fighting experience goes. I finally found a MMA gym near my home, and will start training this month. I'm gonna do alot of taking from this site, at least until I gain enough experiance to start giving. Any training, dieting or other pointers for a newbie will be much appreciated. Also, what can I do on my own outside of alot of cardio until I start training? I do have a speed bag and heavy bag in my garage that I have used for years, only for cardio and to keep up on my basic skills. Thanks.
