The UFC fan-base is growing. I think the UFC should show fights from 10 AM til the event at 6:30.

It would cost the UFC more than 40$ in the PPV fees to tie up an entire PPV channel all day. The PPV company takes 40-60% so the UFC only gets $16-24 for the PPV as is. Showing 8 or 10 hours of extra footage (The events don't start until 10:00 on the east coast) would cost the UFC too much.

$40 isn't much money... I'll spend way more if I go out than I will dropping 40 on a PPV. Then, consider that I'd be splitting that $40 with other people.....
