Default Pride's 'Monster' Grand Prix
in that article in the cro cop thread, Sakakibara said that they were going to do a super-heavyweight grand prix and it was going to have skilled SHWs, not like akebono. who do you see fighting in this event? i don't even know if i can think of a tournament's worth of super-heavies. i can think of mark hunt, ricco rodriguez, ron waterman, zulu, antonio silva, butterbean, pele, and i think that's about it. i know there's more, but who? and who are the best ones?

Yeah, seeing Sapp get knocked around is funny as hell, especially when he bawled after Cro Cop broke his face. Regardless, he'll still be a draw for years to come.

Hell why don't they make it the beat the hell out of Bob Sapp tourney. Bob Sapp must fight everyone in the tourney one after the other with thirty minutes between each one. Just kidding, but watching him get beat up is great. I think a super heavy grand prix is a great idea, maybe they could get Tank or Cabbage to throw in there. Just an idea but Tank vs Sapp would be a great draw.
