Basic JJ does alot of standing armlocks with hip tosses Some of them are cool because you don't let the arm go during the toss and I myself like to yank it because alot of the time it will harm your oponent much more becaue of the force of gravity and their fall adds to the yank and with some of the moves you can break their tail bone by how they hit the floor. But yea you stand up alot more ALOT more Because I did JJ first befor anything besides being a kid and doing TKD wich I think for the most part is inefficient.

I just found out Saku basically did catch wrestling. Upon doing a little research, Catch Wrestling emphasizes many different styles.
