I was bashing Forrest a little bit I will admit, but it is nothing that nobody else on here hasn't done. Not once did I say he was a shitty fighter, I just think he could have lost with a little more dignity.

This crap is getting old. I would like to see everyone who is giving Forrest shit to experience what he did and not get emotional.

+1 Nothing wrong with a man showing emotion, unless you live in the 1950s.

P.S. Thanks for the Bonner update Greasy.

Yeah he was about to see a title fight and I'm sure he trained relentlessly as usual. It would've been time to get paid for Forrest (in terms of sponcers as his UFC contract is locked so he would not get a salary increase until the comtract is up).

He will bounce back and although I did pick Jardine to defeat him, I was very impressed with how patient and technical his striking was, it was evident that he realized his standup was sloppy and getting out of hand so it was really nice to see him working on refining it.

He has lot's of fan support and the right attitude towards training, his future will remain bright in the UFC.

I too was very impressed with Forrests improved stand up. He was picking Jardine apart untill he got caught.

I was as blunt in my description about Forrest reaction when he lost because that is the exact way I asked Bonnar. Take it however you want.
