Silva: Sonnen wants to fight me? Just come to Brazil

"It's a problem," Silva told MMA Nation. "It's a big problem. I don't like the picture, I don't like the position my manager (was in). Big problem. I don't like it."

It's worth noting, however, that Silva said this with Soares standing right next to him. When it was pointed out that Soares was there, Silva offered a hint of a smile but stuck to his original statement.

"It's a problem," he said. "Bad position."

If Silva appeared a little cool about his manager, he was sub zero about challenger Chael Sonnen, as both denied a fight had been set.

"There's no date, there's nothing set up," Soares said. "That's what (Sonnen) is saying he wants. But when Dana White decides and when the UFC decides...right now, there's nothing set."

Silva proposed an easy way to get a date set quickly with Sonnen.

"I don't like this guy," he said. "This guy (wants to) fight me? Go to Brazil. No problem. ... Chael talks too much. I'm ready to fight Chael. But you have the chance – go to Brazil to fight me."

Chael would get absolute brutalized in a Brazilian prision....I would only wish that on my absolute worst enemies.

if silva speaks the truth when he says he still has many years left in his career why does he hate rematches so much? youd think since he really hates chael sooooo much he would be chomping at the bit to fight him cuz losing to the champ twice pretty much puts you out of the title picture. now before people freak out i am not in any way saying silva is ducking him i just wonder why he has always seemed so against facing someone twice??? other than okami has he ever even faced a fighter twice?

thinking about it that seemed like the only time he didnt complain about fighting a guy twice. i seem to remember him not being happy about fighting okami again.

wtf is he talking about? come to Brazil to do what? come to his house? fight him on the beach? fight him at UFC: Brazil 2 ?

Only way Sonnen gets in and out alive is if he is officially escorted to and from by the military. And even then I would have my doubts.
