makes sense. faber even asked to be coach on tuf...not many people asking for that gig. it would be the perfect way to build up the rubber match and also given the competitiveness of the feud, it would likely make for a decent season as well.

TUF season 15: Team Faber vs Team Cruz.

Makes perfect sense and atleast this way we might get a decent season of The Ultimate Fighter out of it. After Urijah's performance tonight I dont see how anyone can piss and moan that he is getting the shot again. After watching Faber wreck Brian Bowles tonight who has even came close to performing like that to take the #1 contender spot away from him?

sakara, usually i pretty much agree with everything you post, but this, sir.. no way

urijah proved tonight he is the #2 bw in the world. the way he took out bowles was very fucking impressive. was good seeing him get the finish. i think urijah is winning that belt back.

Faber looked incredible last night. His stand-up looked far more technical than usual, a little less unpredictable, but more measured, and he didn't let Bowles find that right hand. He was looking for the uppercut in the first and Bowles didn't adjust enough to stop Faber from finding it.

I think Faber might be able to take Cruz this time, he came so close last time, and if he can use his wrestling effectively, and be relentless with his takedowns, and not try and stand with Cruz, I can see him getting a sub, or roughing up Cruz enough to wear him down.

Faber looked awesome, some of his title shots have been iffy but at least this one he has a lot of momentum. Definitely reeks of preferential treatment when other guys have so much trouble getting rematches for title shots.

meh it'll be just like their last fight which is a silver-lined cloud. It's garaunteed to be fun but IMO will be predictable as Faber has not changed/improved his game enough best Cruz.
