I doubt 4k really mattered to Vitor in the grand scheme but i hope it is the last check rumble gets for a while at least until rumble makes weight a few times

if it wasn't for that leg lock earlier vitor would of had sub of the night for sure and that would be nice bump in pay

He won the fight, he took home 4,000 extra dollars. There are a lot of things you can do with 4,000 bucks. I would love to have 4,000 extra bucks.

Vitor trained very hard many months for this fight, he was very motivated because he would be fighting in his hometown, do you think he should have not accepted to fight just because his opponent did not made weigh?

He acted like a professional, he even had the option to not make weigh either but he still decided to make it. He went and he won and looked good in the fight.

His decision was the correct one!

So you're suggestion is that Vitor should have declined the fight and taken his 250k show money. Even though it's Johnson's fault, Vitor essentially had the last say on taking 250K from Dana and scrapping his co-main event. Yeah the more I think about this Vitor only had one choice.

if i remember correctly, AJ was fined 20% of his purse, and of that 20%, it is split in half going to Vitor and the other half to the athletic commission. So, the 20% must of have been a total of 8g (4g each)

correct me if i'm wrong anyone.
