good for weidman he got a big win, chael looked strong in the first minute but slowed down a lot until the last 2, i think anderson kills him quick in the rematch if he shows up like that, i think he might be a bit more motivated for that fight though. rashad is going to get brutalized by jones and i'll be happy to watch it.

I kinda wish the next UFC on FOX featured the flyweight division's final four plus an Edson Barboza/Anthony Pettis(pending a Lauzon win) showdown and a main event featuring BJ Penn at either LW or WW, as long as it's not against a damned wrestler.
Those are the kind of bouts UFC needs to feed the network TV audience. Ones that whet the casual fans' appetite with the quality and excitement of the bouts that will draw them into the product.
Big time important rankings/title contention bouts are awesome for us hardcores, but we'll watch it free or on PPV no matter what, to draw in the casuals I think they need to go a little more Griffin/Bonnar-esque brawl with fast paced bouts.

I am sure the UFC was hoping Chael could do the same thing he did in all his other fights, and thats brutal GnP and/or a submission. But Bisping really gave him a run for his money and it wasnt the greatest fight.
Same goes for Rashad/Davis, thinking Rashad was going to smash Davis in the first or second, but instead Rashad played it safe, and ring rust came into play.
So tonight wasnt a barn burner, which I hope is reflected on their bonus pay,and the UFC entices their fighters to perform a little better.

I am surprised at the 3 main events.
I thought they would be, uh... greater.

The heavier weight classes have a much higher percentage of finishing fights and so do fights that do not have too much of a wrestling focus (hate to say it considering I'm a fan of wrestlers). They need guys like Shogun or Hendo (he barely wrestles as he largely goes for the KO) to be headlining cards, and have heavyweights such as Barry on the undercard.
For fast paced action packed bouts, include the lighterweight classes and have guys like Nate Diaz, Melvin Guillard, and Urijah Faber in there.
