I'm losing hope of seeing him return.

I was thinking this a while ago, last time I heard he was in Thiland opening up a gym/recovering/training.
He was supose to face the uber dangerous newbie in Erick Silva at 134, but again had to pull out.
Apparently hes still recovering and is fighting at MW when he returns. Been so damn long you got to think its taken somewhat of a toll on him.

my understanding was that swick finally got his ailment properly diagnosed and was now able to put weight back on and his latest issue was a minor leg injury, would like to see him back in the octagon its been a really bad 3-4 years for him

Didn't Dana say in the post fight conference that Swick was like glass and even gets injured stepping out of bed? I don't think DW has much hope that Swick will return any time soon. Its a shame since his UFC career was so promising after all those quick KO's and subs.
