As much as I like Yves, I just don't see him being able to best Cerrone in any one area. Maybe Yves has a little more power, but Cerrone can take a shot and I think he'll be pressuring Yves too much for that too really matter anyways.

Should be a great fight though.

I don't have anything ranked past 20 or so, but I can name 50 guys who I think are better than Yves. I'm not knocking him, he's great to watch, he's a solid journeyman, but Cerrone gets a lot of C level guys when--if he's really top 10--he should be fighting top 10 or at least top 15 guys. Top 20, at least.

i dont wanna say this is an easy fight for cowboy, but let's be honest...he should take this. after having 5 fights last year and only losing one, i was expecting him to get a tougher opponent, perhaps someone right outside the top 10 like sam stout...not the guy stout murdered.

I am still really disappointed how Cerrone looked in the Diaz fight. He got his ass kicked but he will come back from it. Yves is a great fighter but I would have liked to see Cerrone fight someone higher up the food chain.

Guillard, Dunham, Cole Miller, or Jeremy Stephens would all be more entertaining, IMO. Maybe even loser of Pettis/Lauzon.
