Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone will get back in action on May 15 against the master of thugjitsu Yves Edwards when they meet at UFC on Fuel 3.
The event on May 15 was originally rumored to be a UFC on FX event, but as announced on UFC Tonight Tuesday evening the card was confirmed as a UFC on Fuel show instead.
UFC Tonight also announced the new lightweight fight for the card.
Cerrone will look to get back on a winning track when he returns in May after a tough loss to Nate Diaz last December.

If Cerrone hasn't gotten over that loss fully from Nate, then I think Yves could easily take this. He's a confident veteran that can hang with the best in all areas. Cerrone will have to bring his absolute best to the Octogon to edge a decision over Yves.

Yves is a great vet but cerrone is one step away from being possibly top five in his division Nate derailed that thought but I think cerrone takes this pretty easily
That is not a shot a Yves he is a solid fighter just not nearly as good as cerrone

Hate to see Yves counted out, especially fighting another striker. Should be a great fight, Cerrone does have a power advantage so I think that will make a big difference but Yves can take any kickboxer out of their game because he's so crafty.

Yves Edwards is not in my top 50 LWs. Donaldson should be fighting better guys. He's the king of the C team.
