As for the rematch, it makes sense financially. I can almost hear Dana telling Condit, "I'm sorry, but that wasn't the outcome we wanted in your fight with Diaz because it doesn't guarantee the GSP/Diaz fight we wanted. So we want to give you a shot to either lose, or win in a more convincing manner so we can more easily hype your fight with GSP." But like I said, I'm sure he's getting paid well enough to make this worth his while, it's just slightly offensive.

Calling any fighter a coward doesn't do anything to minimize hatred.

If anything, it polarizes an already controversial fighter, and people who were on the fence about Diaz equate him with asshole fans and turn against him.

That was just my sole opinion of Condit, which now I take back since I had a couple of the days to reanalyze things. It wasn't that he was a coward, Jackson just told him what to do to get the W. It didn't even have to do anything with me being a Diaz fan, more so I was just angry with Condit's chosen gameplan.

And like I said, it has been a couple of days and people are still really heated. It's crazy how MMANEWS literally divided into two within 25 minutes. 3 negs all because I stated an opinion?

I hope Diaz pissed hot and just disappears, so all of this high school drama judging fallout about a guy who acts the same can go with him. It seems like the only thing following him in the midst of a win or a loss are cocky, out-spoken people who follow him in his incessant whining or boasting. He is toxic beyond the molecular strands of hydrochloric acid and it's obnoxious that no matter the outcome, all that follows him is the illiterate spewing of senseless, aimless, and unformulated opinions.

Hopefully a positive test comes up and manages to tarnish his reputation irreparably, because acting like a complete and utter asshole otherwise has only somehow managed to thrust him further into the spotlight, making him marketable to the TapOut bar crowd demographic that finds him polarizing for sharing in their same disdain for good will and common sense. Just listening to him and his brother speak gives my brain AIDS.
