I think the fight really depends on how Silva's strategy will change in the rematch. I don't think Sonnen will have any room for improvement in his, but clearly Silva does. Silva showed he could completely nullify Okami's clinch, so maybe he's improved enough to defend against Sonnen's? Also, a lot of stuff went strangely in the first fight. Sonnen tested positive for PEDs, he looked pretty weak against Bisping, maybe he's slowed down? It's been floating around Silva came in with an injury, no way to confirm it, so that could have been a factor. Also, Sonnen landed that hay maker very early in the fight, which imo was a 1 in a million punch. Without that huge initial momentum, would the fight have looked a lot different? And of course the submission by Silva, it was at the end of the fight, Sonnen was not even close to being subbed earlier in the fight. A lot of times in a fight you'll see a guy just looks very uncomfortable grappling with another guy, and it looks like the submission is inevitable(see any Sonnen vs Horn fight), but it didn't look like that in this fight. If Sonnen takes it to the ground at will again, will he be more cautious about giving up the sub?
