Unconfirmed. I'm seeing this on @frontrowbrian's twitter. The guy is kind of annoying, but he breaks a lot of MMA news on twitter.

Its true, he was gift wrapped a decision IMO. But Condit wants to fight before GSP comes back and Koscheck is pretty much the only choice out there that makes sense fight wise and business wise. The only way I think someone else gets a shot over Kos is if Diego beats Ellenberger, but even then I think the UFC would still give the shot to Kos.

Kos sells PPVs better then any WW not named GSP and he is on a two fight win streak. Plus he was already calling Condit for not taking the fight with him after GSP got hurt. So Kos is getting the shot whether it is deserved or not.

Good points, Maybe I am old school though and think you should deserve the shot and not have it handed to you.

I get it though, I know what you are saying.

Do you think Jake E gets "in the mix" with a win over Diego? I really think Jake will KO Diego...so if it is not Jake E, Unfourtunatly it maybe Kos.

Condit manager Malki Kawa did not respond to a request for comment on the status of the bout but today confirmed the rematch via Twitter.
