Going back to the Diaz/Condit fight, my point about missing things, is I watched the fight at home and when I watched the fight at home, I had a slightly different opinion. When I watched it live I thought that Carlos Condit won it. In the fourth round I said that Condit was winning this fight and when I said that, I was a little bit out of school, because on the scorecards maybe necessarily he wasn’t winning, in my head even, but, there was a trend in round three and four where Condit was scoring way more than Diaz was, that’s why I was saying that Condit was winning that fight. The bottom line is when I watched it at home I gave Nick Diaz round one, round two and round five. At home when I watched it, I thought Nick Diaz won that fight.

Who gives a shit what a billion fucking people thought? Condit won a UNANIMOUS DECISION not a split decision, nothing even close.

I appreciate all the articles you post, but seriously man you're logic is awful. Lots and lots of people thought Diaz won 1,2, and 5. Why does this piss you off?

Rogan is an idiot. if he listened to his own commentary, he clearly didnt think that condit won it at the time. He was swinging from nicks sack that entire fight.

Hurry up and retire either bonnar or florian, so the ufc can fire rogan, and get some good colour commentary to help out goldberg.

EDIT: As stated before in a different thread, you mean the only 3 people who were paid to judge that fight right? the 3 sitting ringside in the seats reserved for judges?

Because it's all pointless to me. I feel like it's manufactured babble to ensure an immediate rematch. Diaz lost, it wasn't close and the judges, who at the end of the day are the only voices that matter, said Condit won convincingly. I'm all for rematches if the first fight warrants one. This fight is not one of those.

It wasn't close? I don't think there has to be an immediate rematch, but I wouldn't be mad if there was one. It was a good fight and it was close, regardless of what the judges saw. Either something is wrong with the scoring, or I was drunk while watching it (I think both of those things are true).

NICK DIAZ WAS OUTSTRUCK AND OUTGRAPPLED!! What else can one possibly judge a fight by? There was no effective aggression by Diaz because it never amounted to anything, so honestly what about that fight could possibly make someone say, "hey, I think Diaz won!" ?

Again... rehashing arguments from previous threads. If you read the criteria for judging, and watch the fight based on that criteria, cecil peoples had the fight called properly. And when you get right down to it, reading and understanding the rules and guidelines is ANYTHING 101.

Your trying to tell me you scored rounds 1,2,4,5 to Condit and you gave Diaz round 3? and your trying to imply that I don't understand the rules and guidelines.
