'White belt' Stann wants payback against Bisping

Unlike many of his countrymen, Stann admits he does not have an opinion on Bisping as a person because he does not know him. However, he does have his views on what Bisping recently said about his ground skills, which were belittled by the Brit as a way of lowering the hype surrounding Sonnen's wrestling.

Now Stann wants to have a very public say against Bisping, insisting he would try to knock him out if the UFC made the fight.

"I don't know Michael personally so I think sometimes he gets a bum rap and I have learned not to judge people off the media," Stann told EsNewsReporting.com.

"[But] after my last fight he had a few comments about my technique and who I was as a fighter that I thought were a little off. He called me a white belt and said I was exposed so I would love to see him just put his money where his mouth is so we can fight and we can solve that.

"He may be a great guy, I don't know, maybe he is, but I would just like to compete against him since he made those comments. "I wouldn't try to do anything but walk straight through him with a right hand."

Actually I like this match. Honestly I'd be happy to watch it win or lose for Stann. Imagine the hype behind it. Badass brit that people don't like vs the all American Stann. I'd be looking at it just for the potentially great standup battle.

id def root for stann but lets face it, i think stann be to slow to catch bisping, i hate bisping but hes got skills tho he cant beat the top guys but he def can beat a b fighter like stann. matter of fact bisping prob the best b fighter there is, he just cant seem to beat the top guys, dont get me wrong he does good against the top guys who arnt hendo like sonnen and rashad.

I have been wanting to see this fight for a while. I would love to see Stann take on Bisping. There would be so much hype and it would be a very good win for whoever takes it. Of course, I would be rooting for Stann. I would love nothing more than to see Brian Stann defeat, let alone knock out, Michael Bisping.

Stann all the way!!! He is faster than you give him credit for. If W. Silva can land a punch on Bisping I am sure Stan can land the one to KO Bisping. W. Silva to me is a lot slower and far less technical than Stann. Bisping's footwork will cause trouble for Stann but I'm sure Stann will land enough to either tko him or win the decision.

Doesn't matter. Sakara will beat Stann and then beat Bisping.
