He says OH HE'S ROCKED more than anyone in history. Even Mike Goldberg made fun of it at one point during the broadcast. Didn't notice the for shore, and how much different is that than for sure?
I was more irritated with him repeatedly saying how dominate Evans was in the fight with Bonnar. Like I wrote during the PBP @ MMANews.com, if it was a wrestling match - dominate, MMA match - a boring safe-played win. Nothing dominate about wrestling a guy down and laying on him for 15 minutes. He didn't even attempt to pass guard once. He only got side mount once that I recall and that was because Bonnar was taking so many chances underneath, just like I expected him to.

Bonnar/Evans was so boring because Evans has just a BORING style. Holding a guy down for fifteen minutes may get you a few wins with some inexprienced guys but when he is faced with someone with more exprience and skill he is screwed.
Nothing too great, the fights that didn't go to decision were the equivalent of a squash match in pro wrestling, meant only to showcase MacDonald and Anderson Silva. Good for a free show, but I enjoyed the Finale from Saturday more.

Well Silva/Leben turned out to be a squash match, but you're crazy if you think UFC made that match expecting it to turn out like that.

Yeah, I kind of expected him to bum-rush Silva even though I knew it wouldn't be wise. Leben started believing too much of his own hype in terms of his chin. Everyone is human. Like someone said on another thread I read somewhere, even though it's probably not true - it almost seemed like Leben went in looking to take Silva's shots to prove he could with the mindset that it'd break his spirit or something. With Leben's size advantage and wrestling, he really should have taken the fight to the ground (or at least tried to) the second Silva started jacking him up.

It sure seemed like Leben wanted to prove he could hang with Silva standing and it cost him. If he hadn't been out to prove everyone wrong he could have lasted a bit more longer. We all knew Silva was taking this, so no big deal.

Hmmm, with Anderson's Muay Thai skills? Not so sure about that one. A shoot would've been wise, unless it was telegraphed because then he could eat a big ass knee.
