The judges all have their own scorecards which get transfered to one score card at the end of the fight and one of the scorecard's score was written down on the final sheet incorrectly.

i thought McCall won that fight for sure, he controlled the fight more and landed the better shots in the first, then he clearly took the third. shitty way to start the division either way haha

That 1st round was really tough to call, I kind of felt they were going to give it Johnson because he was busier, but it could have gone either way. Clearly, the 3rd round was the most dominant round, and it felt like McCall had really figured Johnson out and was making him wilt.

I really hate it when a guy looks beaten at the end of the fight and then gets the decision because the 1st 2 rounds were close. Anyone else think Johnson has like no power? He was snapping McCall's head back in the 2nd and it had like no effect, and whenever they got into rolling exchanges McCall was just wading through the punches and backing up Johnson when he landed a few power shots.

Anyways it was a great fight, I just hate it when it looks like the better fighter didn't win.
