Well hopefully...now that they don't have competing coaches and they have some better seasoned and experienced fighters...we will have less focus on the BS drama..and more focus on the actual fighters and their matches.
And hopefully less quitters and whiners too....lol
All things considered..I'm looking forward to this season way more than the other ones.
But then I'm not a real big fan of "reality" TV either....I personally think that all of that crap is a huge waste of air time.
Shows like the real world, road rules, the surreal life, survivor, tough enough, american idol, top model, the osbournes, hogan knows best, celebrity fit club, etc etc etc. are so lame...they are just phony cleverly-editted crap designed for drama and gossip-hungry people with no life to watch.
But then wannabe's, has-beens, fat slobs, and wierd freaks all have to work somewhere I guess....lol

Didn't GSP kick the snot out of McCarthy a little while back? That could lead to some fun mentor/student moments....

Just messin with ya. Anyways, I can't wait for next week and I sure can't wait for August. I can't believe that they are done filming already. They really get almost 4 months to train for the finale? And how does the finale work again? Does the winner get a title shot??? |

I hope this season the fights are considered official fights and not amateur fights that don't count on fighters records.
I found this out before but I'm having a brain fart. Why do they not count the TUF matches as official fights anymore? I thought the first season was because it was only two rounds, but this past season was three right? So why are they still not considered official fights? They're sanctioned by the NSAC, they've got the judges, refs, 3 rounds, it's televised. Is it because they aren't paid? I forget.

since they've (supposedly) already recorded this next season, i think they're still doing exhibition fights otherwise, the word would have spread on the results.
