I can't believe such a long winded article can be written about one video.

I mean this video ain't any darker than the stuff Family Guy/South Park jokes around at.

YES its a dark joke, but did anyone seriously watch this thinking this is some kinda promotion for rape? Did anyone in this forum seriously think for a second Rampage was advocating rape? It is CLEARLY a joke, the fact its got his name all over it, shows he is proud to put his name towards making people laugh, and that because its got his name over it, nobody will think it was anything but a joke, as WE know who he his, and anyone who doesn't can find out from his name.

Is Rampage Jackson a rapist as far as the internet will tell? NO. People need to lighten up!

I totally agree, don't see how it is any different from what family guy and south park does. A lot of times I think they totally miss the mark which makes me skip the episode, but I don't really care. If people don't like it, don't watch it.

They went borderline ape shit when he humped that reporter. I imagine a rape video just gave them an aneurysm (which is probably why he did it).

Also Page you should know that dark humor like this won't be universally appreciated in all cultures.

Equally hilarious. Plenty of people at my job who had no idea who Rampage Jackson was told me about the video and found it shockingly funny.

Until there's an official "UFC code of conduct", technically speaking, there's nothing wrong with this video. Once it's written somewhere that while under the ZUFFA banner you can't say or do certain things, it should be different. Until then, it's all a matter of taste.

Either everything is fair game for comedy or nothing is. I thought the video was funny, of you didn't then that's cool too. Nothing is taboo in the world of comedy because humor is subjective.

So joking about rape is too much but you can watch a cartoon like SouthPark that makes fun of peoples religion dare I say Jesus himself.

How does that work boss?

Either you accept dark humor in all of its splenda or you don't.

Enjoying a joke based on a failed rape skit is no worse than laughing at zombies getting their heads blown off (Zombieland).
