I havent ben around for awhile but i have heard absolutley nothing about this possilble fight. Is there any chance this rumour is true?

I'm pretty sure that fight is confirmed. Lindland signed a 3-fight deal to fight for BodogFIGHT events at Heavyweight and the first contracted fight agreement was against Fedor. Fedor was signed to fight Monson, who won't be available - and from what I've heard he's taking the Lindland fight. So it's pretty much official. With Bodog's promotional budget, once it's really set in stone the advertisements should be in your face wherever you go (even if the TV commercials suck as they did for the first season of the reality show they did)

Wow never saw this one coming! Last i heard it was Monson, now i find it its Lindland fighting Fedor in his home country .... This is some crazy shit!

and i aslo i have noooo idea why lindland would sign to fight fedor 60 pounds heavier and fedor is still better p4p

The fight has been confirmed, I already created a thread for it a week or so ago.

Aleks is to fight Monson on the same card.

I don't give either much of a chance if any but I am happy that Fedor is fighting Lindland over Monson as Lindland will put up more of a fight IMO, Monson is just too slow, too poor of a striker and too poor of a wrestler to do anything against Fedor, At least Lindland is an Olympic SIlver Medalist so he will be able to possibly wrestler fedor to the ground even if it is only for a moment or 2 before Fedor sweeps him and gnp or subs him, Lindland is a gamer and has much better cardio, I see a more competitive fight with Lindland than Monson.

i was more interested in who aleks fought then who fedor thought. fact is fedor beats both hands down but aleks vs either could be interesting

its possible but aleks is 6'6, and wont be afraid to go after monson like tim was and is has better cardio as well as quickness

lindlan fight will be good but then after he gets hit he'll realize ahh shiat 60 pounds is alot......
and aleks will dominate the snowman if he decides to train for the fight

Aleks=more agressive than Sylvia. Aleks stops Monson, don't know which round though.
