I think genetics for sure, and Sambo plays a large part in it. Sambo is a really open and adaptable style. He has a shitty little gym without heat in the mountains of Russia. He puts himself in harsh conditions and pushes himself to excell. I dont think it is just the conditioning because he is the only fighter that I can think of by name that trains at the Red Devil Fight Club. Fedor is just very gifted, and pushes those gifts as far as he can.

has been boxing since he's 4.
I've seen most his training highlights that are out there, you got to see the shit he does, beating hugh tractor tyres with a big sledge from one side to the other, and working with hugh elastic bands practicing throws over his shoulders.
And in park spinning as fast as he can about 10-15 times then stopping and putting punching combos together, then spin again. Some crazy shit.
Babalu said that he is by far the strpngest guy that he has ever fpught.
