The writer need to calm down because this just comes off as a Message board guy that went on a rant | I was on a podcast with the guy who wrote this article, couldn't get a word in sideways.. never shut up!

God damn. I can understand someone hating on DW and the UFC but this article was horribly biased. Is Fedor the GOAT? Yeah. This guy is writing with so anger that instead of truly praising Fedor victories, he spends the majority of the article ripping the UFC and Dana White

I listen to Sports radio almost all day a work and when you get a bad interview like that where you can't even try to lead the direction of the segment much less even say a few words, that would be a nightmare.

Anyway was a fun podcast other than that

Fedor is one of many great fighters.

Really, Zuffa? Really, Baldfather?
| Really? I can easily imagine the termite nutsack that wrote this article, the little nothing sitting there crying drinking his school milk, angrily wiping his milk mustache laced with tears of a puss, butt hurt because Fedor is retiring, his favorite fighter/10 year reigning champion of Daniel Fletcher's Vaseline hand/cock wrestling challenge, meanwhile, instead of attempting to write an article to honor Fedor, he writes a hate article about Dana White, who as a businessman, obviously would not like to admit publicly that Fedor was ever a top 10 since he couldn't sign him, thus Fedor works for the competition. Obviously Dana thinks highly of Fedor considering he offered him the biggest deal in UFC history if I remember somewhat correctly.
Daniel Fletcher is a loser. Get a life. Dana's opinion means nothing to Fedor and it means nothing to Fedor's legacy or fans. Quit being a little bitch.

Sure Fedor WAS the best heavyweight in the world previous to his loses, he tarnished his "legacy" by never coming to the UFC and facing competition in the mainstream where he could be recognised as the best. IMO I also think his record was padded out with unknowns, past it UFC fighters (ex-champs included that could no longer hang in the UFC) and freakshow fights. There was always a valid argument both for and against Fedor being the best HW previous to his losses. IF he retires after the Rizzo fight he'll be remembered as a fighter that has a tonne of nuthuggers and never fought in the UFC.

So for those to say that only the best fight in the UFC, you have bought into the multi-million dollar hype machine that Dana runs very well. Fedor for all of his career had not bothered to even give Dana the time of day, and that bothers a guy like Dana, it bothers him a lot. One day I may show my son....or just some kid in my neighborhood some video of Fedor. And I'll tell him, the story of how a real man carries himself no matter how much pressure he's under, a real man does what's right for him and his family....... | QFT

Fedors legacy was tarnished by his management. If M-1 had played ball with UFC then Fedor could have proved his GOAT status, but that never seemed to work out. In his prime he was unstoppable and should be remembered for it, however the day comes when every fighters "prime time" seems to disappear and for Fedor that time has come. He gave a lot to the sport and even though I was never a fan I respect him for that.
