A welterweight bout between Canadian fighter Claude Patrick (14-2 MMA, 3-1 UFC) and James Head (8-2 MMA, 1-1 UFC) has been added to July's UFC 149 event.
UFC officials today announced the fight.
UFC 149 takes place July 21 at Calgary's Scotiabank Saddledome in Alberta, Canada. The main card airs on pay-per-view, and FX and Facebook are expected to carry the prelims.
With the full main card already announced, Patrick vs. Head will be part of the prelims.
