I was a Lesnar supporter, though I don't know about the HF. By this logic Tim Silva should be inducted as well and I sure in hell could not agree with that.
And it's just too early to even talk about.

Evan Tanner was not a hall of fame quality fighter. God rest his soul but it needed to be said.
Was more famous for her personality then his skills.

Did Randy just say that anyone who has won a title in the UFC should be inducted into the HoF?
Wow. And here I was, worried about early-onset dementia regarding Chuck. I never saw it coming from Randy. Hope he has good insurance.
I don't think brock was a joke, and I don't think his professional wrestling career makes a difference, but I don't think he accomplished enough to be even mentioned as a serious HoF contender. I absolutely disagree that anyone who has ever won a title should be an HoF member...it dilutes the entire concept of a Hall of Fame.

Brock did alot of the UFC in attention and buyrates but he never put up the type of numbers or type of fights that qualify Hall of Fame. Sorry Brock, you'll get WWE hall of fame but UFC isnt letting you in anytime soon.

Point is, IMO atleast, you can't put everyone in just because the won a title | so Forest gets in too? and Sylvia?

Forrest gets in because he was the original TUF winner and rose through the ranks in a truly blue-collar way.
I'm not really biased either way, but I think the HOF is recognition of the ELITE of the CHAMPIONS and the truly transcendent fighters. Holding a title for a second doesn't immediately entitle you to the HOF. Moreover, PPV numbers CERTAINLY don't entitle you to the HOF.....unless you want KIMBO SLICE in it.

Sorry quoted the wrong person, but ya i dont think someone should get it just because they held a title or were a big draw on PPV. Brock was a shitty ambassador for the sport and a just a shitty person =(

First off, Brock absolutely should be in the UFC HOF someday. Nobody has ever made such an immediate impact in every aspect of the product, drawn so much attention to the sport and drawn massive numbers for each of his fights. I think the diverticulitis derailed him too soon and had it not been for those two long layoffs, he'd have made an even more substantial impact, grown as a fighter and still be fighting today at the top of the HW division.
With that out of the way, the entire idea of the UFC HOF is a fucking crock of shit until they induct Frank Shamrock and even then, it's not a HOF built around journalist votes or fans, but really rather an "audience of one" and I think that's simply too narrow a discretion to take legitimately.
