i agree with CreepingDeth. Kharitonov's injury really messed up his last two fights.
Overeem did great in the first fight, but he needs to be much more focused. he gives up too fast.

I actually think Alistair has a good chance of beating Shogun under the NSAC rules, and more importantly if he doesn't gas. The NSAC takes away one of Shogun's biggest weapons: foot stomps. We know how the fight with Randleman went down, but how will it affect him this time around. Yeah, this provides an oppurtunity for Shogun to outstrike Overeem, but remember that Alistair was beating Shogun till he gassed, and if he doesn't gas he could pull an upset.
That being said, I'd pick Shogun to win, but Alistair has a very good chance of taking the fight. And I also agree about giving Sergei the rematch, but I think the fight with Yvel should be pretty decent.

this fight should be fucking FIREWORKS.
this shit will be good. Shogun has been getting even better in the year its been since the fight, and Overeem is an exceptional fighter, despite his cardio.

off topic, but does anyone know what happened to Vovchanchyn? i was dissapointed when he lost to Overeem and Nakamura.

he got some shoulder injury, thats what i've heard. i dont think he's been active for a while, so he either is still dealing with it, or he just quit or something.

2 of my favorite fighters who bring serious damage and determiniation to the ring...yeah I'll watch this no doubt.
It's going to be 3 losses in a row for Overeem though.
