Alright, so I wrote a list of these rumors on a tattered piece of paper while in one Asian country and had to wait until I arrived in another Asian country to publish them. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to check the internet to see if any of these items have broke, but I'm assuming that the entire MMA world is still hungover from whatever Saturday night they had. Look at this, a Sunday Morning Rumor Mill in two consecutive weeks. The MMA gods shine on MiddleEasy this summer. So without further ado, check out the official MiddleEasy Sunday Morning Rumor Mill, a collection of unverified rumors that have been floating around on the internet this past week.
It's heavily rumored that since Phil Baroni didn't win his fight against Chris Holland this past weekend in Ring of Fire 43: Bad Blood, Roger Huerta plans to turn down his upcoming ONE FC: Destiny of Warriors fight on June 23rd against The New York Badass.
E3 will play host to some huge MMA videogame news. It seems like a certain MMA game we know and love is not dead, and it will have a greatly expanded roster and licenses with some faces we definitely know
It's heavily rumored that DREAM has ceased operation.
A relatively large MMA site will be debuting an MMA-themed reality show on a cable network late 2012/early 2013
Bob Sapp seems to be preparing a well-produced video response directed to Ariel Helwani due to his now-infamous appearance on The MMA Hour last month. It's rumored this will be the MMA equivalent to Nas' 'Ether' track, for all of you hip-hop heads that truly understand that reference. Apparently he hired a production company just to produce the piece.

| This is what I'm wondering about. Which site and what's the format? And will this site retain their UFC credentials if they launch a show that competes with TUF? I'm guessing Sherdog since they're alread on the outs with Zuffa. Or Cage Potato.

I didn't like ea sports mma at all I felt the UFC game was much better. If it were to have a sequel I certainly won't buy. Also with zuffa owning strike force how much could the roster possibly expand?
Maybe the announcement is UFC and ea are working together on the next game.

Rebney said Bellator was going to be doing a mma reality show on Spike and MMA Junkie was a ball hair away from doing an MMA news show on Spike before Uncensored started.

I like the Sherdog website, just cant stand the crew they have.
I completely understand why Dana despises them.
Still would be interesting.
Ill watch anything MMA if there are good fights.

| Sorry Middle Easy / Bob Sapp but no matter how much money Sapp spends on a production company, he will never reach the level of Nas's Ether. Never.
Guess he has money to blow on shit like this since he didn't actually earn his money.

"Am I throwing these fights? No. Will I go into that ring and receive large amounts of damage for small paychecks? No," Sapp asserted vehemently on Monday's edition of The MMA Hour.
| Quote: |
"I will receive no damage to my body that will be long-lasting for a small, insignificant amount of cash. I think we've now seen that with examples in the NFL, and the fact that some of these guys are coming back and saying ‘hey, we want some money, we have brain damage.' I'm getting paid well underneath what a professional boxer would, or Manny Pacquiao. So in no means ever will I sustain long-lasting damage for a small paycheck. Never will that happen."
| Quote:
"Are you asking me, hey Bob, when did you come to the epiphany that Gary Goodridge has brain damage, and no one is paying for that?" Sapp mused. "Hey Bob, are you talking to me about the fact that a lot of these K-1 fighters went unpaid, and now all of a sudden you want to say that, you've got to be here collecting your paycheck? When did I have that epiphany? Well I will tell you. It was when the bill collector came and I said, ‘Well hey, I'm Bob Sapp. Look at my YouTube videos. Look at these people reporting on me, and here, will this work? Can I take that belt, can I take those trophies and melt them down?' Hey, you say go for the gold, are they gold? No. Those things are worth about a dollar.
"So you're asking me, hey Bob, go ahead and put it on the line. You said it yourself, you have UFC fighters who are fighting more, and who are doing harder fights, and are getting less money. So you know what? I guess you better rally up your troops my brother, and you better start paying them. Because I do the same thing as everyone else, just as a promoter. They say fight business, and I am in the business of making money. How do I judge whether I have a successful fight? Success is judged by the measure of improvement. The measure of improvement in business is money."

I give Ariel a hard time ALOT of the time for being something of a ZUFFA lackey, but he's absolutely on point here and Bob Sapp is once again, absolutely FULL OF SHIT, crazy levels of delusion here....
