we all know he doesnt deserve a title shot but fuck it it silva gets by sonnen just give it to him if he beats tim so he can get KTFO again and maybe shut his face. Anyhow i believe sonnen wins the belt anyhow! And am willing to do a perm name bet on it, if no else is scared)

No exclusions. This guy is probably one of the most underestimated fighters on the UFC roster. He can beat anyone in a decision.

Did you mean if Sonnen gets by Silva? Thats what the thread implies could get Bisping a title shot.

I find it very hard to imagine any possible way for Bisping to win a decision over Silva. I think he has a much, much better chance at catching Silva and TKOing him or submitting him. And by "much, much better" I still mean "a snowballs chance in hell". I really just think its a terrible matchup for Bisping but you never know. Stranger things have happened. Just look at GSP vs Serra and Hendo vs Shields.

i agree with bisping, he shoulda won the fight w/ wandy, but i wouldnt call it robbery as it coulda gone either way. the fight w/ sonnen was more of a robbery imho. sure anderson would murder him, but the man at least deserves his chance to get murdered.

if bisping beats tim and chael somehow wins, i could definitely see a rematch between those two for the belt. hell if anderson wins, considering how much better bisping looked against sonnen than anderson did, i think bisping should only have to win maybe 2 fights before getting a shot.

i realize bisping has a ton of haters, but the man is so underrated by people it's not even funny. and the worst part is, i think a majority of it is because he's british.

I really think it has more to do with him being a pompous asshole that lacks wins over top-level opponents

Sonnen got more takedowns than Bisping each round (it was even in round 3, 1 takedown each), and he outstruck him every single round.

Noway Bisping beat Sonnen in that fight. Did Bisping do better than we thought he would a diffenet YES, and Sonnen didn;t do what we thought he would, but he still out pointed and won the fight.

I get so sick of Bisping's entitlement. Man, he hasn't even won 1 fight since he lost to Chael and he thinks he deserves a title shot? Without beating a top 10 MW at that? What the fuck is wrong with him?

I get that it sucks that the Chael fight was so close and it coulda and possibly shoulda been called the other way, BUT it didn't. And as it stands he lost and needs to work his way back up. Most importantly BEAT A TOP 10 MW, then start rambling about all your title shot nonsense. Hell, just win A fight before starting all that!
