Roys numbers arn't good won't argue that, but he did hand with the top fighters[longer than Cain.lol.] no buddy has put him away. He has faught some tuff fights so his loses don't hurt as a lose from a top 15 fighter.

Im bias as fuck so take it with a grain of salt but he always puts on good fights, has a interesting personality and does throw a good right hand. Top 5? No. Top ten? I'd argue it. He'll never be the champ but it makes me happy to see a guy who looks like me go out their and throw leather like the best of them

The top 10 ranking is debatable at best I could see ranking a couple guys under him as high if not higher then him. The only reason he ranks so high is because there isn't alot of talent at heavyweight. Someone with his track record at LW for instance isn't gonna be top 10. Being mediocre in a shallow talent pool is nothing to be cocky or brag about.

No disagreement that Roy is a tough guy with a good chin. Just expect more out of a guy that talks the way he does at times. Being able to take a punch is great but you gotta offer up more then that.

I disagree with a couple of things that Roy said but he also had some valid points. That being said, Herring is/was a bunch better fighter than Herman, and I'd take Heath nine times out of ten in a fight with Nelson...not that it will ever happen.

I also agree that Herring was a much better fighter than Pee Wee.
As for Nelson I agree that he has lasted a lot of time with the Top guys, but the fights were not competitive. He was not KOd because his chin is made of rock but he was completely dominated.

Frank Mir, Werdum, JDS they all did put a clinic on him.
Even the worst Crocop was giving him trouble.

I have nothing against him, but he is talking as if he was the best P4P fighter in the world or something like that.

In his case it won't do much though Dana doesn't like him much so he's gotta back up the talk with wins.

I lost all respect for Roy when he teased going to 205, and backed out. Fuck I've lost roughly the same amount of weight in high school for a wrestling match. I cut from about 275 to 225 just in case our varsity 215 went down. Even though I was already the varsity heavyweight. I'm not saying he has to cut weight, he can do whatever he wants. My complaint is that you shouldn't tease your fans like that. Saying "I'll do this thing if I get enough likes", and then not doing it do to the shortage of likes only punishes the people who did do what you asked. You aren't hurting the people who didn't bother to click a button since they didn't care to begin with. I even get saying the if I get so many likes thing to generate publicity, but be prepared to follow through with whatever you promised either way.
