UFC 150 in Denver adds Lentz-Mitsuoka, Bermudez-Hayden, Kuiper-Hamman

Two new bouts are official for UFC 150 in Denver: featherweights Nik Lentz (21-5-2 MMA, 5-2-1 UFC) vs. Eiji Mitsuoka (18-8-2 MMA, 0-1 UFC) and Dennis Bermudez (8-3 MMA, 1-1 UFC) vs. Tom Hayden (8-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC).

Officials also recently confirmed a bout MMAjunkie.com (www.mmjaunkie.com) previously reported: middleweights Jared Hamman (13-4 MMA, 2-3 UFC) vs. Michael Kuiper (11-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC).

The latest UFC 150 card now includes: •Champ Benson Henderson vs. Frankie Edgar (for lightweight title)
•Dennis Hallman vs. Thiago Tavares
•Luiz Cane vs. Yushin Okami
•Ed Herman vs. Jake Shields
•Eiji Mitsuoka vs. Nik Lentz
•Dennis Bermudez vs. Tom Hayden
•Jared Hamman vs. Michael Kuiper

Lentz at 145 could be very interesting given his grappling prowess.

This is pretty weak for a ppv. Take Bendo vs Edgar off (which isn't the best main event given the circumstances) and its a Fuel TV card.

Keep in mind they're trying to put together Pettis/Cerrone and they're still pretty far out from solidifying the main card.

One would think Cane/Okami is a loser leaves town sort of match.

I'd think so for Cane, especially since he's cutting down after somewhat washing out of 205 but Okami is still a top tier MW and was cruising in the Boetsch fight until he got sloppy and let "The Barbarian" crack him in the mouth a bunch of times. Losing 3 straight wouldn't look good on his record, but I still think he beats around 80 to 90% of MWs in the UFC and would be a boon of a fighter if he were to leave the UFC for the HDNet circuit promotions.

As far as I've heard Pettis has said he won't be ready to fight until September and is gunning for the Hendo vs Bones card. I realize they might be pretty far from solidifying the main card but most the top fighters are already booked. I can't really even think of that many good fights they can put together for it. I was really excited when they announced UFC 150 in my hometown but as of now I can't really justify paying a bunch of money to go see it live. Hell, at this point I can't even justify paying $55 for the PPV.

Me too. Except for one that I just saw a couple months ago and didn't think called for an immediate rematch.
