When dealing with testosterone, it is safe to assume that no one is using it within the normal range. You did catch my error though, I should have stated that all my examples where when people used in the excess of normal levels. The thyroid example I referred to was when people used Eltroxin or Synthroid to abnormally boost their metabolism to lose weight.
