I don't think it will be his last fight, I'm not sure why but I just don't...
I also have him right up there at or around #1. It's unquestionable that he was the #1 fighter on the planet for several years. He then obviously lost a bit of hunger as he got older and started a family (and had plenty of money to support them)...but he was so ahead of his time when he was on top, that it more than makes up for it.
Consudering how his last couple years have gone I think this was a good time for him to retire. He is retiring on a win and is not fighting longer than he should. I hope the best for him in the future

Always a class act, a great fighter, and an even better person IMHO. I wish him the best.

He's extremely entertaining to watch, a class act, and the greatest fighter of all time. I think it's the right decision. Good to see him go out with a win and hope he still stays in the loop somehow and isn't one of the athletes that is never heard from again after retiring like Joe Montana.
I truly thank you Fedor for entertaining me for many years. I don't care whether or not people think he's the GOAT. I prefer to not think too much of his legacy. He was a highly skilled fighter who always went out looking to finish his opponent. A fierce warrior in the ring and a humble man of family and faith outside. A true ambassador for MMA.
I have really enjoyed Fedor over the years. He is the heavy weight GOAT. Every fight of his was entertaining, b/c you knew that he was going to throw punches with absolutely no fear and reckless abandon. I hope he comes back and fights on, but I respect him and his decision. Total class act!
maybe a historical return in a year or two like Couture?? I'd be ok with it, his hands looked real fast right there KOing Rizzo. But if not good luck in the future for Fedor.. maybe he can raise his daughters to destroy Cyborg and Rousey lol.
