Is it possible this to be your last fight?

No. Not my last fight, Tito’s last fight. I’ll keep fighting. People say if I lose I’m gonna quit, but no. I’m still not gonna quit, but if I just win it’ll make it easier on everybody.

How to train for this fight against Tito?

Well, I’ve been training for a long time. I started backwards with Roy Nelson’s camp when he started for Werdum. I thought maybe me and Tito would get the fight on May 5th, so I’ve been ready, I’ve been training, I’ve been wrestling for a while, sparring here and doing a lot of jumps at home, so I’m ready, I’m bones on it.

Are you motivated for this fight, right?

I’m very motivated. I tried to be nice and say nice things about Mr. Ortiz and talk about he’s a legend and he just said I’m kind of a pussy, so fuck him.

In the same card there’s Anderson vs. Sonnen. You’ve fought Silva before. What is your prediction for this fight?

I really don’t know. Chael did really god the first time and nobody saw that coming, so maybe he can do it again. We’ll see. Anderson’s still the best, but we’ll see. I don’t know.

Is it possible Sonnen does the same thing he did the first time?

Yeah. It’s definitely going to be the same game plan for him. He’s gonna come out and be aggressive, go for it and try not to give Anderson any space to do what he does.

Do you think of a title shot?

Oh, no time soon, but I’m gonna be around for a while, so we never know what’s going to happen, you know. I keep fighting good people and I’m only one, two wins away from a title shot.

How would you defeat Jon Jones?

I believe I’d poison him, make him sick before the fight. I believe that’s how I’d get him (laughs).

Tito called him a pussy? that's news to me. Always enjoyed Mr. Griffin as a fighter, and well like he said about Mr. Ortiz "fuck him".

Forrest will win by decision he'll use his legs kicks and maybe use some knees to hurt Tito and drop him
