Plus I think Weidman is getting the next title shot for a few reasons.

1. He is more marketable then any current contender outside of Bisping

2. He has two wins in a row over Top 10 MWs.

3. The timeline matches up the best. Him and Silva are both fresh and could probably fight by October or early November. So let them fight and give the division time to clear out.

If Lombard beats tim in impressive fashion. Then he will definitely get the title shot. Hector has much more star power than Chris, and honestly I don't want him rushed since I think he will be the one to be champ for a long time after Silva retires.
