Even if it doesn't make financial sense to add and hour to their PPV's--something that would would get a ton of attention--they could just add to the free prelims they show on cable or stream themselves.

I didn't have a lot of expectation for this card. I'd be surprised if anyone really did.

The oversaturation should be noticed by all now. The PPV's are getting weaker fights than ever before.

I also agree that most did not have very high expectations for this card...I mean Matt Riddle was on the PPV

That's a great barometer. When you win a fight and call out a guy who is 1-4 of his last 5 and fought on the undercard for his last bout?

You're not quite ready for prime time.

Yes, they make tons of cards (free and PPVs), and the good thing is that we can watch a lot of fights, but the negative thing is that the events on paper look very weak.

So far, I do not see any event that I can say "wow, this card will be amazing, it has plenty of super exciting fights". There are some cards that you say "Oh this will be a good fight, and this one may be interesting" but that is all.

They should make less events but much better ones.
If the problem is "There are a lot of fighters in UFC so they need to make a lot of events so they all can fight" then why they keep so many fighters in the roster?
There are many of them that are not ready to fight in the biggest org in the world.
